    Pricing & Payments

    All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS)
    Prices may change at any time without prior notice
    Payment must be completed before order processing, unless payment on delivery.

    You represent and warrant that the (i) payment information you provide is true, correct, and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such payment mode for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by you, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

    iMartPlus is not liable for delays caused by external factors
    Customers must be available and reachable at the time of delivery

    Failure to receive an order may result in rescheduling or cancellation.

    Returns & Refunds

    Returns are subject to our 24-hour return policy
    Items must meet eligibility conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.)
    Certain items (e.g., personal care products) are non-returnable
