We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work for iMartPlus orders.
Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for returns.
